You will need the airline's booking code for online check-in. You will find this on the electronic flight tickets in your travel documents. In exceptional cases, our customer service will send you the correct booking code by e-mail up to 48 hours before departure.

Unfortunately, new bookings will no longer be possible with Lufthansa Holidays from 31 December 2024. Nothing will change for your existing bookings that take place in 2025, the trip will be carried out as planned.
When selecting your flight, you can choose between bag/no-bag fares, if available. Please also pay attention to the respective conditions/offers of the airline.
Your booking number will be displayed immediately after booking; you will also receive a booking confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when booking, together with the necessary travel documents.

A name change is generally possible subject to availability. Please enquire about costs and availability by calling or emailing our customer service team.
As a rule, rebooking is not possible free of charge. Rebookings must be requested from our customer service.

If your flight times change before the start of the trip, we will always try to contact you by e-mail or telephone and inform you of the flight time changes. It is therefore important that you provide us with your e-mail address and telephone number in your booking. Please check the times of the respective airline before departure.
After selecting your flight and hotel, it is possible to book transfers for some destinations.
You will find all the relevant information on your transfer voucher.
Cancellation of the transfer is possible up to 48 hours before departure. A fee of 5 euros per person will be retained. The remaining amount will be refunded to the payment method you specified in the booking. Please contact our customer service for this.
The car hire voucher will be sent to you in a separate email max. 48 hours after your booking. Please print out your voucher and keep it with you during your journey. This does not apply to offers with car hire included.
We recommend that you take out insurance before finalising your trip. Possible insurance benefits will be shown to you before you finalise your trip.
Check-in begins approx. 120 minutes before departure. We recommend that you arrive at the counter at least 120 minutes before departure, otherwise you may be denied boarding! Late arrival is considered a ‘no-show’. Your flight entitlement lapses if you do not turn up. This is only a recommendation!

Yes, this is possible. Please contact our service team with your Miles&More number and the number of miles you wish to redeem.
The vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
