Please call our Emergency phone number on +44 (0)7751 764 649 if you need to arrange this out with those hours or over the weekend. We require you to email a picture of some form of photo ID to complete the security deposit link for the amount of £100 for midweek stays or £200 for stays checking in on either a Friday or Saturday. These two things need to be completed before we can give you the details on how to retrieve your key from the keysafe box.
Check in to your apartment is from 4pm on day of arrival and check out is by 10am.
