The hotel is situated approximately 80 m from the nearest beach and is centrally located between Ca?n Pastilla and the Playa de Palma. The pulsating town centre, which has an array of shopping and entertainment venues, is within a few minutes of the hotel. There are regular public bus links to Palma and El Arenal.

Built in 1969 and completely renovated in 1998, this hotel offers a total of 475 beds (25 single and 225 double rooms) spread over 8 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including an elegant foyer with lifts, safes and a 24-hour reception. In addition, the air-conditioned establishment has a lounge with TV, a small supermarket, a laundry service, a cosy bar, a pub and an air-conditioned restaurant.
