During the fasting month of Ramadan, there may be restrictions in hotel operations, e.g. when serving alcohol. In addition, meals are only served indoors during the day (not on the terrace). The entertainment programme in the hotel is cancelled or restricted.

For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available from the official check-in time of the respective hotel on the day of arrival. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
