In the centre of Playa del Ingles only a few meters away from the shopping and entertainment center "Kasbah" with its numerous restaurants, discopubs and discotheques. To the promenade it is approx. 100 meters and to the beach, which one reaches over stairs, approx. 400 meters. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The airport is about 30 km away.

This small holiday resort has 18 apartments distributed over 3 floors with Wi-Fi area free of charge and an outdoor area with a swimming pool, a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a nudist roof terrace with additional deckchairs and shower.
